The room had nice fixtures! and fittings. I found the location excellent, close to St Paul's. The restaurant felt very pleasant and cute.

I was surprised by a mandatory deposit needed upon check in! though I had already paid for the stay.

Location proved excellent. IT was in the heart of everything. The room offered quiet respite with lovely toiletries and linen. A coffee maker added convenience.

I experienced confusion upon arrival. The front reception acted also as an entry to the restaurant. A mandatory deposit of £150 surprised me. The website mentioned only £50.

The rooms had interesting designs. Both bianca and robert at the front desk provided super accommodation. The restaurant had a tasty menu, and the cocktails were excellent. I found the hotel to be modern, well kept and very clean.

The television in my room did not function very well, though staff mentioned it was a hotel-wide issue. The room was also quite small for my liking. The thermostat did not appear to have an effect on the temperature.

The staff members were friendly, thoughtful, and provided excellent service. They genuinely want to help with any request. I received a welcome note acknowledging my return stay, a very nice touch.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is close to st paul's. I found thameslink to be conveniently nearby as well. The area felt safe, and it had good connections to public transport and walking routes.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, modern, and very clean. The bed provided great comfort. Great amenities are available for use. I consider this an elegant but romantic hotel.
