the room was clean ON arrival.
there were several problems. the tv remote didn't work and i had to call for assistance. ALSO, the room service menu was limited, and the food WAS overpriced.

the hotel offered a coupon code for a waymo ride. the breakfast at la societe had many options for both kids and adults. our room provided a spacious layout with a great view. i found the staff super friendly and always greeting us when we arrived. or left the hotel.
I thought that the hotel was missing a luxury touch. It only had a fitness center and no spa.

The concierge provided a luggage cart at valet. the front desk offered early check-in. staff was personable and approachable. They answered all my needs with a fast response . i'm happy.

A market offered drinks and to-go food options. there was a sit-down restaurant available. a casual bar provided a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel location included many parking locations nearby. I parked right across the street.

union square, the muni line, and the cable car were a short walk away. the hotel is next to moma. target is a convenient 2-3 minute walk from the hotel and has cvs inside. the hotel's position made it easy to get to chinatown.

the room had a fridge without for-sale items. a cutout in the shower glass allowed me to turn the shower on without getting wet. the view at night was beautiful! the hotel provided good coffee and other amenities suited my taste.

the location is central. breakfast was a good experience and william at the restaurant was very attentive.
the bathroom fan was really noisy. it had no switch. we couldn't turn it off.

The room was VERY clean. Staff responded quickly when I requested additional amenities. The location proved super convenient for exploring downtown.
The lobby was noisy. Teenagers were hanging around and playing pool with loud music.

i enjoyed my time here. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were consistently helpful, providing clear directions. the room was well-kept and clean.
the gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours.
