I found the location very convenient. A supermarket was right next door. the room was clean, and the communication from the staff was great. I really appreciated that. i arrived very late and contacted the staff. they had left my key, check in was super easy.
the stairs were narrow and steep. this made it difficult to move luggage up and down, especially to the upper floors.

There are some nice pubs and restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast. i found the location very convenient. A supermarket was right next door. that helped me grab essentials easily.

The hotel has good contact via whatsapp. Questions are answered fast. the location is easily accessible from the airport using train or metro in about 20 minutes. that was very helpful. it is also about a 5-10 minute walk from the metro station.

The room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel's location provided easy access to a supermarket. The staff communicated check-in procedures effectively. Fresh towels were provided daily, a small kindness I really valued.
The stairs were quite steep, and I had some difficulty navigating them with my luggage.

The host carried our luggage upstairs. The hotel is in a great location (close to everything). I found it very convenient.

The staff was always ready to assist, i found them very helpful. the hotel's central location was convenient. A supermarket was right next door. i appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. i loved that the neighborhood felt safe and cute.
