poorly cleaned room dark room
The location is great. It is easily accessible by subway. Cheap laundry facilities are available too.
The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived (which is a real mood killer). The dryer in the laundry room worked poorly. I suspect the filters have not been cleaned in ages. the room was quite dark due to a lack of natural light.

thin walls uncomfortable bed
The room size was definitely a downside. It felt quite cramped. there wasn't much space to move around, especially with luggage. the walls seemed thin too because i could hear conversations from the next room. it was hard to fully relax because of the noise and limited space. the bed wasn't very comfortable either.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

The staff were cute and accommodating throughout my visit. I felt genuinely at home here , a very simple detail. I especially appreciated receiving two complimentary bottles of water each day, thoughtful. The cozy, clean, and comfortable room helped me relax after long days.
The air conditioning was not consistent. Sometimes, it was too cold, and other times too warm. This.

The hotel is very central , with karasuma station just a one-minute walk. Nishiki market is also very close, providing easy access to local cuisine and culture. This proximity to key areas made exploring very convenient.

The room provided anything a guest might require , including shower products, a hairdryer, a fridge, and a kettle. I was impressed with the kettle being free of limescale , it was well kept. The shower was wide and quite comfortable.

New towels arrived every day , maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel also provides easy access to shops and restaurants, ensuring convenience. I found all the necessary amenities readily accessible.

The front desk staff were consistently helpful , providing prompt assistance. The hotel offers an easy to use luggage transfer service, a very convenient amenity. This service greatly simplified my travel arrangements.

great location shopping street reception service small room dusty room tight space
The location was awesome i felt! It was near the shopping street AND the Gion area. There is a reception service available 24/7 which is GREAT. Basic amenities WERE provided by them.
The room was SMALL guys! We could BARELY open a suitcase on the floor. The room was dusty too I noticed. the vacuum couldn't reach the tight spaces.

convenient location clothes rack laundry facilities
The location is excellent near multiple stations. It made transit simple. the room included a useful clothes rack. a water dispenser on the first floor was much appreciated and the laundry facilities had a reasonable fee.
