The rooms were quite LARGE and beautiful. The bathroom included a big bath and the location felt very nice. Staff members were quite friendly and helpful, i liked it so much! We enjoyed walking to many places nearby.
the breakfast could include MORE options to choose from, I hope they can improve.

The rooms featured beautiful, secessionist style. I saw a nice bathroom with a LARGE tub in my room. The beds had very pleasant linens and felt very comfortable.

great hotel NEAR the castle
spacious room nice furnishing tram stop
the room was spacious with NICE furnishings. i especially appreciated that the tram stop was very close. it made getting to the tourist spots quite easy. the receptionist KINDLY offered me her personal shampoo, i am grateful for that gesture.
The breakfast was disappointing. It was not worth the money i spent.

my room HAD large windows that provided a view of the city. the decor included castle-style elements which added to the ambiance. the bathroom featured a large tub and a towel heating rack, a definite plus.

the STAFF at the reception was friendly and helpful. i greatly appreciated the speedy check-in process. they accommodated my requests efficiently and with a smile.

helpful staff clear answers
The staff provided two keys, one for the room and one for the main door. I found the reception staff to be very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions clearly.
The breakfast offerings were somewhat limited, and not quite what I anticipated based on online photos.
