spacious room clean room modern room difficult checking nonexistent reception poor space
i really liked how spacious, clean, and modern the room was. the location was also convenient , with a well-connected metro station nearby. i appreciated that the room had ample space for my luggage and moving around.
checking in was not easy because there wasn't an instruction provided earlier. also, there was nobody present to assist or answer questions. i found that the reception space was very poor and almost nonexistent.

karasuma line easy access laundry machines convenient smoking room dedicated area flimsy curtain poor privacy uncomfortable beds basic car noises street sounds
The hotel is close to the Karasuma Line. This places it within a short walk of the Nishiki food market. Many other points of interest are also nearby. The hotel provides laundry machines and a smoking room.
One window faced the hallway and had only a flimsy curtain. This let light into the room at night. The beds were not the most comfortable. I could hear car noises from the nearby street.

convenient location excellent english wall hangers automatic light
the location is convenient. it has easy access to public transportation. the staff spoke excellent english, which i found rare.
there were no wall hangers. i could not hang towels or clothes. the toilet and bathroom distribution were bad. the automatic light on the entrance was a nightmare.
