Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
helpful staff clean hotel missing fridge strong smells
Staff proved helpful. Piere even printed paperwork to access attractions. I am not technical, so Piere helped. The hotel was super clean. Breakfast was nice.
There was no mini fridge in the room, a significant issue. I require insulin pens which must remain cool. They offered fridge space but I preferred more privacy. There was also no soap. No toothbrush glass was present. Every morning cooking smells came into the room, entering through the bathroom vents. The smells were strong, so very unpleasant.

helpful staff waterfall shower
the staff was amazing (cathie helped plan all our excursions!). she even checked in along the way. fluffy robes and slippers were in the rooms, a waterfall shower was also included.
The hotel didn't have a mini fridge. I needed it to store some things.
