The staff showed unwavering support, facilitating a smooth visit. Every request met with a smile. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions allowing me to explore with ease. i enjoyed every single moment in this heavenly place.
The breakfast area felt overcrowded, leading to some difficulty in finding seating. It was quite a struggle!

i appreciated the location. it allowed easy access to boat quay and chinatown, locations that offer diverse dining. the room provided sufficient space. i found the staff very helpful and friendly when i needed assistance with directions. the hotel was very clean .
The breakfast area seemed a bit small. guests occasionally had to wait for seating. This was a minor inconvenience during peak hours.

The hotel's proximity to major attractions was perfect, especially being so close to the train station. The staff was very friendly, they also provided complimentary umbrellas during a rainy day. My room had good tea and coffee facilities with daily replenishment. The room included a refrigerator, quite useful.
The breakfast area got a little crowded during peak hours.

The receptionist I encountered was wonderful. She shared helpful information , made my transition very smooth. The staff was really helpful and friendly. City maps were freely available at the reception. You can borrow universal adapters from the reception for a small deposit.

The room was clean, I did notice its design was modern and pretty. The bed was very comfortable and large and featured two pillows per person! Good lighting and power sockets at the head of the bed were present.

The location was central! close to everything. The hotel is a short walk from Clarke Quay and China Town. This makes it easy to reach many restaurants and bars. The proximity to key attractions is definitely a plus.
