The check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the friendly staff. The location is very central, offering easy access to key attractions, I found it very convenient. The nearby metro station made getting around simple.
The shared toilet facilities needed more frequent cleaning! This issue slightly detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay. I hope this aspect improves .

the location is excellent, close to many attractions. i found the staff friendly and helpful during check-in (they even helped me with my charger). the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable with curtains, providing privacy. the bed was also wider than expected, a plus.
The shared toilet facilities were a bit limited. I noticed the soap dispenser was empty in the morning. it would benefit from more frequent checks.
