the room was clean the bed was comfortable i liked that the location was near the metro the room included a kitchenette with a microwave it was helpful to have that amenity. i liked the free luggage storage there were lockers in the basement that i could use. the digital check in was smooth and fast i appreciated that.
the room i booked was changed they moved me to a smaller room this was because of a malfunctioning fridge. there was no staff available i could only communicate through whatsapp this was not ideal. the whatsapp support team was slow to respond it took about 20 minutes to get a response.

i stayed in the extra large studio with kitchenette. it was a great stay. the room is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. i found general signs of use and wear, but overall it was well kept. i appreciated the convenient location for public transport. it was also walkable to attractions and stores.

the hotel has digital lockers for luggage storage, allowing you to explore after check-out if you have a later flight. there is a public kitchen , complete with a dining area and offering all necessary equipment for meal preparation (i used it to prepare coffee!). also, washing and drying clothes is free.

this place is in a very safe region. it is slightly further from main tourist attractions. however, metro, tram, and bus stations are just around the corner from the building (very easy to get around!). there are also a couple of restaurants and cafes nearby.

i found the communication throughout superb (quick replies!). the hotel offers many facilities, including common areas and connection via whatsapp, despite not having staff on site. i didn't require any help or to contact staff.

The location was good. i could easily walk to the metro. access was simple. I used a pin code. i liked that breakfast was at the mama shelter next door. It was excellent.
there was no staff at the hotel. i had to use whatsapp. the whatsapp support sometimes took a little while to respond.
