The staff provided free tickets to a nearby club, which i found quite good. housekeeping changed the towels daily. I valued that. hot water was always available.
The soundproofing was minimal. I could hear everything my neighbors said. neighbors were loud after 2 am, disrupting my sleep. The reception addressed it after i called them. It seemed odd to me.

the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. the location was convenient, near bus and subway lines. i was offered a shower after checkout and could leave my luggage.

an elevator lift exists for handling heavy luggage to upper floors. high ceilings exist in rooms, this offer a more spacious feel. a balcony exist where guests can observe locals doing daily tasks like hanging laundry.

poor mattressbathroom condition
The mattress was far from satisfactory. I felt the springs. the bathroom was somewhat dated, and the door lacked a proper lock, so it could only be leaned shut. our room faced a venue which remained open until 7 am on thursday, friday, and saturday nights. this made sleeping difficult due to the excessive noise.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided excellent directions to the place from the station. The location was good for my needs. Several cafes and patisseries were nearby. A metro station was a 5-minute walk.
The room was small. The floor in the bedroom was cement, but they did not give us flip-flops. This was uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom was shorter than normal doors. I could hear ALL sounds from the bathroom when I was in bed. This was awkward.

the lack of soundproofing was a major issue. i could hear everything my neighbours said and did. this made it very difficult to sleep. the hotel should invest in better sound insulation, neighbors noise after 2 am.

the reception staff were very kind and provided helpful information, i felt welcome. my room was clean. the location is central, so it was easy to explore. i appreciated the good vibes this place gave off.
i noticed there weren't any sockets near the bed. it was only very high, above the shelf far from the bed.
