adequate stay downtown
convenient location helpful staff luggage storage street noise small bathroom thin walls
the location was convenient for walking. it was easy to get around to many attractions (i especially enjoyed the gothic quarter). the staff at the reception desk were always pleasant and provided helpful directions. they also assisted with storing my luggage after i checked out.
the room i had faced a busy street and the noise was noticeable (it was manageable with earplugs). the bathroom was quite small. also, the walls seemed thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

i ABSOLUTELY loved the location. It was SO close to many attractions. The staff was really friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions. The shared kitchen had a microwave, kettle, and fridge, VERY convenient.
The room WAS small, I'll admit. there was no elevator and i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The street noise at night was a bit loud, REALLY making it hard to sleep sometimes.

the accommodation met expectations. the room received daily cleaning, including fresh towels and bed making. the location is convenient, within walking distance of various attractions and the beach. the staff was excellent and spoke multiple languages (which i found very helpful).
the street noise was noticeable at times.

the staff offered helpful assistance around the clock, including early check-in options and luggage storage (very useful for my travel plans). reception was available 24 hours and the staff communicated effectively in english, facilitating smooth interactions.

a communal lounge provided a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for guest use, enabling simple meal preparation. the availability of coffee and tea in the shared space added to the convenience (i certainly appreciated it).

great location nearby metro station convenient transport unfriendly staff small bathroom spraying faucet
The location is excellent. It is very close to many attractions and a metro station. A bus station is just across the street. This made transport very convenient. There are lovely coffee shops and restaurants all around, so I did not miss a thing. The room was cleaned daily, it was really cozy and comfortable.
A couple of the staff members at the front desk were not particularly friendly. They were available when I asked, but I noticed a lack of smiles. The bathroom was quite small. The shower faucet sprayed water everywhere. This was a bit inconvenient.
