the location proved convenient. shops sit nearby and access to metro lines and bus stops is immediate. my room presented as both comfortable and clean. i did like the efficiency of the service provided.
i also noted some ants near the skirting boards in the room, a minor concern. the shower experienced random temperature drops, a bit annoying.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
damp smell
I was quite disappointed. there was a noticeable damp smell in the room. it was especially strong. I had read about this in some reviews but didn't expect it to be so bad. it made it difficult to sleep. it was a bit off putting.

The location was acceptable because it was near shops.
I was frustrated with the room's condition. The sheets had stains, and I found hair in the bathroom. Plus, the noise from the street was intense! It reminded me of the window was open even when it wasn't.
