Great Location and Clean Rooms
clear instructions easy process quick response excellent location
The room was exactly as advertised. The hotel gave clear instructions, easy to follow. Their response time was quick (which I appreciated). The location is excellent, I could easily walk to many attractions.
I found the lack of a kettle, cups, or glasses in the room slightly inconvenient.

The Double Room provided ample space for luggage and movement, and the room was really well cleaned prior to my arrival. There was enough room to get ready easily, and I found the beds comfortable.

The location provides direct access to Gran Via, also a bus stop, as well as a metro station next to the entrance. The hotel offers cleaning and fresh bedding after the second night (that was useful).
