I had a great experience at this downtown hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety to start my day. However, I encountered an odd smell in the elevator lobby and some issues with the air conditioning during the night, which affected my sleep. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was very positive, and I would recommend it to others.
