the reception team handled my unusual request with ease. they moved the coffee tray and installed a new socket promptly. the breakfast had good variety.
the gym was a little cramped during peak hours, with limited space between equipment.

the staff was acceptable at check-in.
i found the hot water situation unacceptable. it took forever to get a warm shower. on one occasion, maintenance intervention was necessary to warm it up.. unacceptable! the breakfast food quality was equally disappointing. the beds were excessively firm.

My room included a coffee maker. The parking lot had ample space. The breakfast omelette station was a plus, a chef made omelets to order. The staff was friendly.
The shower did not get very hot.
