My Standard King Room was great, it had a coffee and tea machine. A refrigerator was available. a wonderful television. The bath was also very modern, I tell you. The bed, it was excellent plus I slept well for days.

The in room service was a little hard, it was hard to get them to clean my room.

The location worked great, it was convenient for visiting the Barclay Center. The reception staff was helpful. They quickly found a taxi when I need it. I found the van service to the train station useful and on time.

I needed to ask for towels every day, the right amount was never in the room. The shower's hot water faucet was particular and I didn't like this.
