Solid Stay Close to Everything
subway lines friendly staff fast elevators
The hotel is near several subway lines. This made getting around the city easy. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fast elevators.
The gym was small, with limited equipment, specifically the treadmills felt a little worn.

The hotel features a business center available . It includes computers and printers, though i noticed they were sometimes busy. There is also a fitness center, though it is fairly small with basic equipment.

The hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. The menu includes several options. I tried the burger. IT was well prepared. The bar offers a selection of drinks.

Super hotel stay!
tea machine modern bath excellent bed king room
My Standard King Room was great, it had a coffee and tea machine. A refrigerator was available. a wonderful television. The bath was also very modern, I tell you. The bed, it was excellent plus I slept well for days.
The in room service was a little hard, it was hard to get them to clean my room.

I ate in the restaurant every morning, and it was so great. The food, it was delicious and prepared very quick, perfect for a jump start to the day. I like this place.

The location is right off the A train from the airport, so it is simple to arrive. It is also close to multiple other transit lines, this made travel really simple. What a relief that was!

The front desk staff were amazing and so professional, I was happy. Geneva, she checked me in and was accommodating, thanks! She helped me get in early, as I had arrived prior my check in time.

the location provides easy access to transportation and nearby shops. the view from my room was beautiful. the front desk staff was helpful and allowed an early check-in, this provided a good start. the lobby area was cute and inviting.
i noticed a slight delay with the elevator service, but it wasn't a major problem.

comfortable bed excellent service good size
I found the location tops with proximity to many subway stations. the bed was quite comfortable. I slept well. the staff provided excellent service and were professional. the room had good size and cleanliness, which i appreciated.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the onsite restaurant has variety and tasty food i enjoyed. the restaurant service seemed attentive and efficient. the atmosphere was casual and cute for a relaxed meal after a day of travel.

convenient location helpful staff van service slow elevator missing towels particular faucet
The location worked great, it was convenient for visiting the Barclay Center. The reception staff was helpful. They quickly found a taxi when I need it. I found the van service to the train station useful and on time.
The elevator took longer than I like. I needed to ask for towels every day, the right amount was never in the room. The shower's hot water faucet was particular and I didn't like this.
