lousy ac slow elevator
the room was clean (a relief, honestly).
The ac was a joke. It barely cooled the room. i called maintenance, but they just shrugged and said it was "working as intended". also, the elevators seemed to be stuck in the '80s. They were slow and jerky, and i half-expected the doors to get stuck between floors. i almost had to take the stairs.

Just an OK Stay
faulty tv poor service
The location was alright since you could reach shops with a small walk.
The TV in my room did not worked. I asked for another room, but the remote still failed to function and I did not receive an apology for that. Pool service was slow as well. Nobody seems to cared about guests around the pool.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section. The fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes (a nice touch).
