great location AND street view
street view friendly staff easy parking
The hotel was close to many attractions. i Had a balcony with a toulouse street view, and it suited me well. i did not have trouble sleeping, even with noise warnings. It was a tuesday. staff members were friendly, and on-site parking made everything easy.
One morning, there was NO water. It created a challenge for me. i Reserved a room facing bourbon street, because i wanted a specific balcony type. the hotel gave me a fourth-floor room with small balconies. I could not take pictures.

this building includes a pool in the middle of bourbon street. the Location is excellent and safe. there is activity all day and night with ample lighting.

the Room offers a Comfortable bed and a good shower. it Also featured a small fridge, but it only ran for two hours before shutting off. better instructions would have helped me.

The hotel has a location right on the street. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. I noticed the pool was a welcome escape when the day got hot. The lobby included a bar.
The street noise became terrible at times. I requested a room away from the street, but it was not available upon my arrival. The staff did not give a warm vibe at all.

fantastic stay in the quarter
convenient location friendly staff
The location was very convenient. Everything was within walking distance! i especially liked the friendly and helpful hotel staff. the christmas decorations in the beautiful lobby added a festive touch.
The pillows were flatter than pancakes. They were not comfortable at all. i expected better quality pillows from a hotel of this caliber.

The check-in process was efficient. The lobby featured nice decorations adding a pleasant touch. The location offered easy access to many attractions. I found the security measures reassuring.
The staff wasn't always smiling. This affected the overall ambiance.
