i appreciated the breakfast. it included a large selection. free covered parking was available due to my loyalty status. the exterior steps to the third floor were convenient for me.
The hotel bar lacked a bartender. I needed to ask the front desk for service.

the STAFF were AMAZING and friendly, always ready to help. the HOTEL location IS convenient, and it is close to attractions. walking to bourbon street and jackson square WAS very EASY. i found parking onsite to be VERY helpful.
the ROOM was TOO small, and the bathroom was also very small. i THOUGHT the rating of four stars did not meet my expectations. there WAS no onsite restaurant , which i found inconvenient. the AIR conditioner WAS quite LOUD.

The staff were REALLY friendly and always ready to help with directions. The courtyard offered a relaxing escape from the city bustle. The breakfast buffet included a variety of hot and cold options. I enjoyed the convenience of having a bar right in the hotel.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room, especially the furniture showed some scratches and could use some updating.

The front desk provided prompt and courteous assistance with check-in and luggage storage. They were also helpful in arranging transportation. Staff members proactively offered local insights and suggestions for nearby attractions and dining options. Their assistance was Really good.
