the room had nice toiletries. the rooms are modern. it was a king suite.

there was no microwave. the refrigerator was very small. the breakfast was only a 'grab and go'.

the location allowed for easy access to the highway, acceptable.

The cancellation policy proved rigid. Unavoidable circumstances did not warrant any flexibility. moreover, the lack of a microwave was inconvenient. Only a very small refrigerator was available. IT requires addressing.

quite nice, but some issues

nice pillows working chromecast lovely finishes blocked drain long replacement dirty partner

the beds pillows bathroom coffee machine tv chrome cast were fine. all final finishes in the room were wonderful from glasses to wall hangings. i am charmed with the tv and how it works.

arrived and had a shower, i found that the drain in the shower was totally blocked. i used all of our towels to stop the flooding. it took over an hour to get replacements, leaving my partner to attend out dinner function dirty and sweaty.
