i enjoyed the friendly staff and the breakfast had a decent variety of choices. the room at the back of the building was quiet. it was away from the street so i didn't hear any noise. i found the location close to the olympic area convenient for a run.
The room wasn't super clean though. I noticed some hair on the shower floor

i found the location convenient, with a nearby tram stop. breakfast provided good variety and high quality food. the room and bathroom were clean, neat, and wonderful. wifi signal was excellent and fast.
the air conditioning did not allow temperature adjustments.

we really enjoyed our stay. the location is approx twenty minutes by tram to marienplatz. it is super accessible to tram and underground routes. the hotel is very clean, staff was super friendly and the room was bright. we stayed to see adele in concert and, the staff was super proactive and helpful, providing information on routes to get to the concert.
i booked a room for three, including one child, but when we arrived, a small bed was not prepared. no bed linen etc was present. it was almost one AM, so sorting this out was not something i was looking forward to.
