great location helpful staff quiet room room cleaning clean towels long day
the location is very close to the train station. the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was quiet.
room cleaning occurred every two days. no one cleaned the room even on the fourth day. i had to ask for clean towels.

natural light helpful staff breakfast buffet glass partition no phone climate control
the natural light in my superior plus double room created such a tender atmosphere. the staff was indeed helpful, assisting me with directions with such gentle care. the breakfast buffet had tasty selections and i enjoyed a leisurely morning each day.
The shower's glass partition offered minimal privacy. i thought the lack of a phone in the room made contacting reception a little challenging. the climate control seemed off. It was hard to adjust the room temperature to my liking.

central location comfortable room helpful staff
The location is ideal. I could walk to many attractions easily. My room was VERY comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile.
The breakfast selection, while good, could use more variety (especially for a hotel of this caliber).

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is close to the central train station. Many popular sites are within a short walking distance. This makes exploring the city simple. The area also felt okay all time at night.

My room was very clean and VERY quiet, I appreciated that. It included complimentary mini bar items and a yoga mat. The room was well furnished and had all necessary amenities.

The fitness room is available and offers essential equipment for a workout (I saw some treadmills). A sauna is accessible for relaxation after a busy day. The hotel also provides parking. This is very convenient in this area.
