I had a mixed experience during my stay at this downtown hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to various attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the customer service failed to meet expectations, especially with housekeeping. While breakfast had a decent selection, the dining price felt a bit high for what was offered. Overall, it was a good stay, but improvements in service quality would make it better.

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect after an 8-hour drive. However, I felt they could have benefited from a king-size bed and an additional bed for my daughter.
