the location was convenient for getting around. the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea which was a nice touch. i found the on-site laundry facilities very useful after traveling for several days. there was also detergent provided.
the room i received had some cleanliness issues upon arrival. there were what was to be blood stains on the carpet. i also noticed a moldy chip on the floor near the bed. the staff did not address these issues adequately after i reported them.

The location was fine. It was close enough to where I needed to be, I guess.
I found the room less than super clean. The carpet seemed to have a few stains (nothing HUGE, but still), and I wasn't thrilled about it.

mixed experience, some issues noted

The dining services concluded too early. I had about ten minutes to order. it then took 40 minutes to cook two burgers. my order was incorrect. It lacked soft drinks. also, the chairs felt unstable. i nearly fell backwards at brunch. the staff did not file a report until my wife insisted.

Really good Service and Convenient Amenities!

I found the free coffee in the lobby to be such a treat! The water station right outside my room was convenient. The staff, especially Tay, Brennen, and Jesus, were AMAZING!!! The bed was also very comfortable, which I very much appreciated.
I did notice that there was no daily housekeeping unless requested.

The hotel's onsite restaurant was very convenient for a quick meal. I especially liked that the breakfast options were amazing and had fresh choices. There was also a Nespresso machine available for those who wanted a quick coffee.

Each floor has a convenient water bottle station, a feature I used frequently! A comfort closet offered extra essentials I needed, a great touch. The lobby also provided a cute space with readily available coffee.

The staff members I encountered were super friendly and helpful. They greeted me with smiles and offered assistance whenever I had questions. Jesus especially were pretty good too ensure my stay was amazing!!!

the location provided easy access to stadiums bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly i got a clean room. coffee was available in the lobby free of charge.
i found the room to be quite small it felt claustrophobic.
