serviceable but not perfect
convenient location complimentary coffee laundry facilities cleanliness issues blood stains inadequate response
the location was convenient for getting around. the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea which was a nice touch. i found the on-site laundry facilities very useful after traveling for several days. there was also detergent provided.
the room i received had some cleanliness issues upon arrival. there were what looked to be blood stains on the carpet. i also noticed a moldy chip on the floor near the bed. the staff did not address these issues adequately after i reported them.

the location was central for seeing tourist attractions. i found coffee, good wi-fi, and co-working spaces on the first floor. the bed was comfortable!

The location was fine. It was close enough to where I needed to be, I guess.
I found the room less than super clean. The carpet seemed to have a few stains (nothing HUGE, but still), and I wasn't thrilled about it.

The staff provided me with a new clothes iron quickly. It was a great help. I also appreciated the hotel switching my room to a bigger size to accommodate a fridge, it definitely.

mixed experience, some issues noted
incorrect order unstable chairs
The dining services concluded too early. I had about ten minutes to order. it then took 40 minutes to cook two burgers. my order was incorrect. It lacked soft drinks. also, the chairs felt unstable. i nearly fell backwards at brunch. the staff did not file a report until my wife insisted.

Really good Service and Convenient Amenities!

I found the free coffee in the lobby to be such a treat! The water station right outside my room was convenient. The staff, especially Tay, Brennen, and Jesus, were AMAZING!!! The bed was also very comfortable, which I very much appreciated.
I did notice that there was no daily housekeeping unless requested.

The hotel's onsite restaurant was very convenient for a quick meal. I especially liked that the breakfast options were amazing and had fresh choices. There was also a Nespresso machine available for those who wanted a quick coffee.

Each floor has a convenient water bottle station, a feature I used frequently! A comfort closet offered extra essentials I needed, a great touch. The lobby also provided a cute space with readily available coffee.

The staff members I encountered were super friendly and helpful. They greeted me with smiles and offered assistance whenever I had questions. Jesus especially were very good too ensure my stay was amazing!!!

the location provided easy access to stadiums bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly i got a clean room. coffee was available in the lobby free of charge.
i found the room to be quite small it felt claustrophobic.
