lovely stay with fantastic staff

i had a little staycation in an executive king room it was lovely. shirley and john at the front desk were fantastic and friendly, they made sure i had all the information i needed. everyone was super nice and the room was quite spacious. the lobby appearance had modern finishes, hinting at upscale comfort.
I noticed the sound cladding in rooms isn't great. I could hear noises from adjoining rooms. it made it a little difficult to relax completely.

my executive king room featured soft sheets and a super clean environment, it had an executive design and offered a comfortable space for relaxation. the room also included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The buffalo bayou coffee shop had awesome coffee and service. I found convenient food and beverage options on-site. the edgar hermano grill provides good service, and i found the food delicious. there are many restaurants nearby, too.

the hotel is near a baseball arena, so attending a game would be easy. downtown placement offers convenient access to many attractions and dining options. i found it easy to get around to different parts of the city.

the staff seemed mostly competent.
I was disappointed. the room was not properly cleaned. I found a stain on the carpet. there was also noise throughout the night. I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway. this disturbance impacted my sleep quality seriously.

The hotel lobby features a beautiful design with an easy area for rideshare services. i especially liked the shower's strong water pressure. It was a refreshing way to start the day. i also found the provided toiletries to be quite useful.
during my stay, i noticed the hallway on my floor looked somewhat unclean. the ventilation grills showed visible signs of dust accumulation, which i found somewhat concerning.

my room included a king-sized bed and ample lighting, quite practical. the room had a workspace with accessible power outlets, and it helped me work efficiently.. the climate control system worked efficiently and it kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

the fitness center provided several cardio machines, including treadmills and elliptical trainers. the outdoor pool had a sufficient number of lounge chairs, with both sunny and shaded areas available. the hotel offered valet parking at the front entrance.
