I suppose the location was good, being close to transport. The room itself felt dated, and things werent ideal. My biggest issue became the poor ventilation, this made the room stuffy. The torn curtain was also a distration. I wasnt impressed.

The staff was helpful. I found one of the receptionists spoke several languages fluently. The provided luggage storage before check-in was useful (a big plus). The location was ideal. I could access tram and metro lines easily. Restaurants and bakeries nearby were good too.
The street-facing room i had was a little noisy during the night.

I found the hotel very clean. the staff provided really good service. the breakfast offered various choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh bread (it was delicious!). the hotel's location was great, providing easy access to public transport.
the room lacked coffee making facilities, a slight inconvenience.
