The free shuttle to the subway was great. it made travel easier. i liked the breakfast. It had a lot of options i never expected. the staff was polite and they helped book my taxi.
the television had no english channels. it felt really outdated, so watching it wasnt an option. the housekeeping didnt clean very well. i noticed a lot of dust, which bothered me. the location was far from everything and hard to reach.

fantastic hotel experience
new coffee machine tasting coffee state art bidet delicious breakfast
i was IMPRESSED by the detail in the room. There was a brand new coffee machine, with great tasting coffee. The bidet was state of the art, a feature i appreciated. i also enjoyed the japanese breakfast each morning because it was delicious and prepared with care.
the window curtain does not cover enough, so very early each morning the room was bright.

the breakfast buffet was good. the staff are very kind. the hotel room had a nice bathroom. the hotel and room were very clean.
the rooms needs modernization. the toiletries in the room needs updates. the room seemed outdated to me.
