mixed experience, some drawbacks
small roomopen drug usage
the room felt quite small it was hard to move around with luggage. also, the surrounding area had many homeless people. i noticed open drug use near the hotel entrance. this made walking around alone feel unsafe at night

I stayed here for a few music events and found it very convenient. downtown and the waterfront were quite accessible. the rooms were clean and the beds plus pillows, were very good. I slept soundly. the staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby attractions.
the room felt a bit tired. the hotel also was redecorating the communal patio area. i could not directly drive to the hotel because of the pride parade happening.

There was complimentary coffee available to guests. i saw several dining options within a short walk from the premises. That was convenient! also, there are many restaurants nearby.

i found the staff helpful they provided local restaurant recommendations and walking maps i also used the complimentary coffee and ice water in the lobby it was nice the lobby had comfortable seating areas like love seats and a large dining table the free bikes made getting around easy i enjoyed exploring nearby attractions. the rooftop offered a great space to relax after a day of exploring.
the room was smaller compared to other hotels i have stayed at for a similar price i could also hear noise from the courtyard in my room

The staff are always friendly. I found coffee from Victrola roasters available each morning. They also provide spa water in the afternoons. The location is near the light rail. The location is also near the convention center. I appreciated the availability of tableware and cutlery. I made use of the free bikes and helmets.
The neighborhood is questionable. There was a drug deal directly outside the main front door in the late afternoon. I felt unsafe, and decided to take an Uber ride. I would not stay here again unless Belltown addresses this.

The king room was a good size. It included a comfortable bed. The room also included standard amenities. I found the housekeeping service very efficient here.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The staff were personable. They provided helpful information about local attractions. I was grateful for their attention to detail . It helped a lot.

The room's darkening blind had to stay closed to avoid being watched, due to the ground-level courtyard view. This. this was irritating.
