A Solid Stay
modern bathroom helpful staff parking situation surprise charge
The room was spacious. It included free water, a hospitality tray, and biscuits. The bathroom was modern and came with Molten Brown toiletries. All the staff seemed cute and helpful.
It also cost £24 for those 4 hours. I found this inconvenient. The hotel wanted a £100 charge for damages, but I didn't have that much money.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Breakfast
unpleasant coffee reheated breakfast
The room was spacious and centrally located, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The breakfast was a letdown. There was no proper buffet, juice containers were empty, and the coffee tasted rather unpleasant (not a good start to the day!). The cooked breakfast seemed reheated, not freshly made.

charming stay in a great location
helpful staff lovely room beautiful decoration additional toilet
i found the staff very helpful and the rooms lovely. the hotel's decoration is very beautiful. i also appreciated the additional toilets located in the hallways, it was very handy.
there was a slight draft coming from the old sash-type windows in my room. the constant road noise was intrusive.

The superior double room featured a large bathroom with a shower over the bath, a nice setup after a long day exploring. It was spotlessly clean. the bed was comfortable. the room was also spacious.
