i felt a charming vintage style in hotel. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. location felt central, near many bars. breakfast had good options and nice staff, it felt convenient.
the room felt outdated and in need of some refurbishment, slightly disappointing.

I loved the location, as it was in walking distance to multiple squares and boat tours! The staff were always ready to help, so professional! The breakfast was tasty. It also offered diverse options.

central gem, solid stay, great location
great location warm staff good breakfast
The hotel's location was fantastic. It was close to transport. the staff was very warm. i found the breakfast had all the essentials for a good start. special thanks to elena for her help. she helped me navigate a website.
the room was a bit too warm, but it got better when i opened the windows. i missed air conditioning.

The standard twin room included tea pockets and a kettle. the room was warm and comfortable enough. water pressure was amazing. I did not expect it with the age of the building.

The breakfast selections were excellent. It had all the ingredients you need. the location was amazing. It was a short walk to trams, restaurants, and the esplanade. i heard no street noise at all from my room on the third floor.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were attentive to all my needs. the team was really nice. cleanliness was all in all satisfactory. everyone was very kind and helped us with everything.
