rainfall shower breakfast selection helpful staff
the room had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower worked well. breakfast included a lovely selection. the staff were always helpful and polite.

fresh fruit weight machines
the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of foods. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the gym was well-equipped. it has several treadmills and weight machines.
the wait time for elevators at peak hours could be long.

unhelpful staff poor service
the location was convenient. it was close to many attractions.
i found the reception staff needed more training. I was confirmed for an early check-in, but the room wasn't ready. the staff member started arguing instead of apologizing. this created a poor first impression.
