The hotel has some prime advantages, like being right on the boardwalk which made beach access easy and allowed for beautiful ocean views from our room. However, I had some concerns about cleanliness and dated rooms. While the staff was genuinely nice, the condition of the accommodations left something to be desired, especially regarding maintenance.
