the location was acceptable for accessing various city points.
The entrance was a semi-automated door that required staff assistance each time. i found the lack of a coffee machine or kettle in a supposed 4-star hotel disappointing. It reminded me of a basic amenity missing. the swimming pool on the roof was also unheated. It was far too cold for any use

i stayed four nights i found the location very convenient. shops were close and restaurants were everywhere. laundry was easy next door there was an awesome laundromat. several convenience stores restaurants and takeaway options were just minutes away. The staff was friendly
The toilet placement felt a bit odd it sat in the middle of the room encased in glass it offered less privacy it was a small issue

minor issues affected the stay
great locationinconvenient entrancemissing coffee machine
the location near shops and the metro was acceptable , making it easy to get around.
The entrance was not convenient. I had to wait for staff to open the semi-automated door each time , and it only opened halfway. the air conditioning seemed to reset whenever i left the room , needing to be switched on again upon return. there was no coffee machine in the suite , which i found surprising for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Beds felt very comfortable. I found the air conditioning and ventilation were GREAT! The rooftop lounging space and plunge pool were also good.

Staff members are friendly and accommodating. They helped me with directions. I appreciated the option to leave luggage at the reception after check-out. The reception operates 24 hours. This provided added convenience.

rooftop loungingplunge pool
the room had two tvs controlled by a single remote! sometimes it controlled both. at other times just one of them. the hotel has a rooftop lounging space. the plunge pool was also good.
The entrance to the hotel was a joke. it was a semi-automated door. The staff had to open it each time, and it only half opened.
