Modern Hotel with Excellent Service

The staff were great. Vitor, a charming receptionist, gave a warm welcome and assistance. He helped me a lot with visiting the city. My room was big enough, and it featured a nice balcony. The rooftop terrace provided a nice view.
The air conditioning stayed on for only an hour. Then I needed to turn it on again, what was inconvenient.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Alejandro at the front desk provided excellent support. He helped me with restaurant recommendations. He also assisted with my data plan and provided directions to various locations. I found the luggage lockers very helpful after checking out. They stored our belongings securely.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, causing inconsistent room temperatures at night. I had to adjust it frequently.

The staff, especially Alejandro, offered really good assistance, providing helpful recommendations and directions. The team also handled my requests promptly. I really appreciated their friendly attitude.
