small bathroom uncomfortable beds
the location was great. it was near the metro so getting around was easy.
The room was small. It felt much smaller than the photos suggested. the bathroom was tiny too. it didn't even have a bidet. the beds also felt uncomfortable.

central location friendly staff useful fridge clean bathroom
i really liked the location, it was super central. the staff was friendly and always ready with suggestions. the room included a fridge which was useful for keeping drinks cool. i appreciate how clean everything was, especially the bathroom.
the street noise did get a bit loud at night, mostly on weekends.

the hotel offers free wifi throughout, so i can stay connected. there is a 24-hour front desk, thus ensuring assistance is always available. luggage storage is provided arriving early or departing late.

while there isn't a full restaurant, a breakfast buffet is available daily. the breakfast includes fresh bread, pastries, and coffee. vending machines with snacks and drinks are located in the lobby, i see.

my double room had a balcony overlooking the street. the room features a television with cable channels. towels and basic toiletries are provided and that is good. air conditioning kept me cool too.

convenient central LOCATION
excellent location helpful staff secure parking
i found THE location excellent for accessing nearby attractions. the staff was consistently helpful with directions. i appreciated the availability of parking in the adjacent mall, it offered a secure place for my car.
the street noise was a little louder than expected, especially early in the morning.

the hotel is centrally located near Santa Catarina shopping street, a VERY bustling area. the bolhão metro station is also just outside the door, offering direct access to the airport.

while the hotel itself does not have a restaurant, i saw many cafes and eateries lining the street. several bakeries are also very close, offering pastries and coffee.
