The property offers complimentary Sentosa attractions exclusively for guests, a free walking tour with a tour partner, and discounted attraction tickets available at the front desk. Additional services include reasonably priced shuttle services, tourist SIM cards, and a coin-operated laundry with ironing facilities.

Each capsule provides fresh bedding, a power socket, bed light, privacy curtain, and a personal locker that fits one cabin-size luggage. Shared bathrooms include hot water showers and 2-in-1 shampoo and body soap. A refundable SGD 10.00 cash deposit is required for the locker key and towel.

The hostel is within walking distance of three MRT stations: Farrer Park, Jalan Besar, and Lavender. A bus stop (After Allenby) is located diagonally opposite the main entrance. Guests can reach the 24-hour Mustafa Centre and City Square Mall in a 5 to 8 minute walk, and cultural districts like Little India, Bugis, and Kampong Glam are easily accessible on foot.
