the location was fantastic! it was right across from a shopping mall and very close to the subway entrance. i found the shopping and transportation very convenient. the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile. they were very responsive when i needed help with the washer and dryer. it only took a minute for them to come up and demonstrate its operation.

the lighting was not good. i could barely see, and the fixtures looked like an electrical hazard. the couch had an unpleasant smell. the sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

The staff was awesome and readily provided an adapter for my charger. the apartment looked great, and everything i needed was there. the internet worked fine. I was able to work efficiently. the location is good. The metro is right there, also shops and restaurants are nearby.

the noisy ac unit could use some servicing, as it impacted the overall peace. i suggest periodic checks to preemptively handle noise issues.

the location was excellent. it provided easy access to various music venues (i was thrilled!). the staff was wonderful. they were easy to contact via whatsapp. the kitchen was fully equipped. it included comfy beds.

the apartment is old. i noticed super noisy neighbors. i heard people yelling in the halls at 1am several times. the showers both need service as the piping does not work well in one. the shower door does not close properly in the other.

the apartment was spacious it had two bathrooms that was a pleasant surprise the subway station was right outside the building this made getting around easy staff responded quickly to requests and were very friendly. i found a business lounge it was very useful for waiting after checkout before my flight i used the whatsapp communication system which was convenient. the location was really central. i found it easy to reach main attractions and stores.

the couch had an unpleasant smell this was noticeable. the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable it affected sleep quality.

the hotel is near major roads attractions and shops dundas square is close by many skyscrapers surround it. the subway station is next to the accommodation providing instant access to city transport i walked to the cn tower in fifteen minutes.
