rooftop terrace helpful staff good breakfast easy access
The rooftop terrace offered excellent city views and a nice pool. The staff members were genuinely helpful and solved any issues promptly. I enjoyed a good breakfast each morning and found the food quality to be quite HIGH. The hotel provided easy access to nearby restaurants, very convenient.
The gym seemed somewhat small and could benefit from MORE equipment.

the location was quite nice with a metro station close by. i found a bakery across the street that stayed open all night. rooms are spacious, and i liked the air conditioning.
the building feels OLDER than i expected, for a 5-star stay. materials looked worn. i noticed some repairs that stood out.

an okay stay overall
convenient location rooftop restaurant fine view mold issue noisy ac shady neighborhood
the location proved convenient with a metro station nearby. a mural across the street was nice to view daily. the rooftop restaurant offered fine views (i enjoyed it).
the shower head had mold. the ac was very noisy and seemingly unfixable. i found the neighborhood a bit shady, especially at night.

An Okay Stay. Some Issues Noticed
slow service scattered towels
The room service was really slow. Our food took two hours to arrive. It was frustrating? I called again, but no one answered. Eventually, I spoke with reception, they said they would check, but they never called back! It took another half hour after calling again to get our food. The pool also lacked organization, and towels were scattered everywhere.

amazing view AND convenient location
helpful staff early check buffet breakfast
the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the reception. my flight arrived super early, and they offered early check in. the location is convenient, right next to the subway station. the breakfast is a nice buffet, it is included.
the surrounding area is not totally safe for walking at night. it is better to take the subway to the parliament area, and walk from there. i found this to be a small inconvenience.

the hotel includes a rooftop pool , however, it is not accessible before 11 am. there is also a main bar located on the ninth floor, offering table service.

the staff answered every question happily , and they were fantastic. guest relations spent all their efforts celebrating birthdays in the best possible way. the reception staff was very polite during check-in.

Excellent Stay with Rooftop Views
good soundproofing rooftop terrace good view
The room on level 8 had good soundproofing and excellent air conditioning, important during the summer heat. breakfast was on the rooftop terrace and it was very enjoyable. it had a good view of the parthenon. the rooftop restaurant had a very good view at night. I liked seeing the parthenon. staff provided a later checkout time because my flight was late at night.
I think the polyester bedding was a very poor standard. The bed and bedding should be a top priority.

The hotel is centrally located and there are three restaurants directly across from it, which adds to the dining options. there is also a store next to the hotel. Buying water and snacks was easy. the hotel is very clean.
