An Okay Stay. Some Issues Noticed

The room service was really slow. Our food took two hours to arrive. It was frustrating? I called again, but no one answered. Eventually, I spoke with reception, they said they would check, but they never called back! It took another half hour after calling again to get our food. The pool also lacked organization, and towels were scattered everywhere.

the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the reception. my flight arrived super early, and they offered early check in. the location is convenient, right next to the subway station. the breakfast is a nice buffet, it is included.

the surrounding area is not totally safe for walking at night. it is better to take the subway to the parliament area, and walk from there. i found this to be a small inconvenience.

The room on level 8 had good soundproofing and excellent air conditioning, important during the summer heat. breakfast was on the rooftop terrace and it was very enjoyable. it had a good view of the parthenon. the rooftop restaurant had a very good view at night. I liked seeing the parthenon. staff provided a later checkout time because my flight was late at night.

I think the polyester bedding was a very poor standard. The bed and bedding should be a top priority.
