great location and spacious rooms
great location furnished room room size
the hotel is in a good location. it is within walking distance to the fine arts museum. the room was clean and well kept. i also appreciated the room's size and layout, it was nicely furnished and well equipped.
it was out of order .

amazing stay! highly recommend!
attentive staff ample space
the staff were super attentive. They quickly learned our preferences. maxine, melvin, linda, and andre promptly fulfilled requests. we enjoyed amazing cocktails in the bishop lounge and there was ample space for chatting.
i noticed a weird smell near the elevators on our floor. it wasn't a big deal, but something to note.

The hotel location is amazing, just a short walk to the train station and st catherine street. It's convenient, and everything is easily accessible from this central spot!

Breakfast was a treat. We enjoyed it in the meeting rooms. the bishop lounge provided a superb setting for cocktails, allowing ample room for our group to mingle. The drinks were delicious!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They quickly memorized our preferences. maxine, melvin, linda, and andre ensured we were well taken care of. ariel offered very nice tips, further enhancing our experience!

The room was spacious and very clean. It offered ample space for everyone to move around freely. housekeeping did a wonderful job maintaining everything. the bathroom was very big, perfect for multiple guests!

We enjoyed the dry sauna, indoor pool, and outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi. i loved the rooftop hot tub. It was open year-round, and the rooftop location made it extra special. the crystal in the lobby looked amazing!
