The staff were really nice. alex gave wonderful suggestions for local spots to visit during my nights, and mamiko crafted delicious drinks with such skill. i also loved the little gift shop with unique souvenirs! i found a beautiful silk scarf i will always treasure.

The only very minor thing i noticed was that the breakfast menu was a bit limited. More variety would be nice, but i did not mind it at all.

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful. They helped me find solutions when I had dining issues. The staff even personally assisted until things were resolved, SO thoughtful. My room was upgraded for FREE. The bath was large. I enjoyed it VERY much.

The breakfast options were limited. I could not customize the choices.

The hotel is close to a metro station. It is situated in a nice area. The hotel is quiet and very well equipped. It has an eye for details and sustainability. I found the staff marvelous. The staff was very helpful in speaking English and Japanese.

The breakfast selection could offer more flexibility in choosing specific items.
