I found the front desk staff helpful and willing to assist with any requests. They consistently demonstrated a warm and cute attitude. The hotel's location is strategic for moving around by taxi and other transport options. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out. Towels and bed sheets were changed daily.
I noticed the bathroom had some issues after showering because the glass door did not close properly, which led to some water spillage.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They helped a lot with directions and suggestions for local spots. My room was clean and well kept. I found the proximity to public transportation especially convenient. The nearby restaurants offered delicious and varied dining options.
The elevator was quite small. This occasionally led to short waits during peak hours.

The staff offered helpful advice when I checked in. The room offered great value. A wonderful bakery sat just nearby! I enjoyed the room. It was on a high floor, so the street noise wasn't bad at all.
The room lighting was somewhat dim. It was not a major issue though.

I found the staff very kind and helpful (that's always a plus!). the breakfast was included and had delicious options. I especially liked the fresh croissants. the location is great, a short walk from the metro station and near shops and restaurants.
the mini bar wasn't the best, with a substandard selection for the deposit required.
