friendly staff easy walks clean room
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location allowed easy walks to the Art Institute and several restaurants. The room was clean and adequate for my two night stay. The front desk check in process was smooth and efficient.

an adequate stay
helpful staff mini fridge bathroom ants misleading photos
the staff was helpful. they were always available at the front desk. my room had a microwave and a mini fridge (i found this very useful).
i found ants in the bathroom. they were walking along the cracks between the tiling and the carpet. the hotel photos were misleading. it was honestly the dirtiest hotel i have stayed in.

The hotel is located near the lakefront. The metro station is close to the hotel. My room included a microwave, a fridge, and a small counter with a sink.
The carpet looked a bit old.

The location was advantageous. It gave close proximity to Grant Park and public transportation. The room was spacious. It offered ample room for family marathon gear.
The shower water pressure was a bit low.
