The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean, making my first trip to Chicago very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort level of the beds, with multiple pillow softness options to choose from. It made for a fantastic night's sleep! Plus, I appreciated the added conveniences like a coffee maker in the room.

I was impressed with the bathroom amenities provided during my stay. They offered both shampoo and conditioner, which was a pleasant surprise compared to what I've experienced at other hotels. The shower was comfortable and clean, enhancing my overall experience.

Although the TV was a bit dated, it performed perfectly for my needs. I was able to catch up on my favorite shows after a long day exploring the city. The setup was user-friendly, making my downtime enjoyable.

I really appreciated the guest parking option available at the hotel. It was convenient to leave my car securely parked while I explored the city. The hassle-free parking experience allowed me to fully enjoy my trip without worrying about my vehicle.
