stained pillow inoperative coffee machine
the location met expectations. the staff were acceptable.
The room had a stained pillow and felt quite unclean. the coffee machine did not work, and english tv channels were unavailable. the toilet made a horrendous noise when flushing. It refilled constantly!!!

Convenient and Safe Stay
attentive staff safe feeling convenient location
The 24-hour door person was attentive! and friendly, I safety was good. The location is a short walk to the metro, though there is a Starbucks nearby. It was convenient to have many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is right in the Saint Germain des Pres area. I found the room to be nice. Staff opened the door each time I came in.

broken curtain rude staff
the location was acceptable. it had several restaurants close by.
The room was really dark with no natural light. the curtain was broken too. i also noticed cobwebs and dust on the walls. stains everywhere. The wallpaper was peeling. i complained immediately but the staff didn't resolve it. we were without water at one point and later, my daughter even burned her feet because only hot water was available. cristian, the staff member, was very rude and unhelpful, telling me to 'just leave then'.
