Really good Cleanliness and Great Hospitality

Elena ensured our room always had enough towels and supplies. She was very friendly and polite during her work. Angeles, our room caretaker, was best in class. She replenished all necessities and towels as requested. She even laid our clothes neatly on the bed. I am grateful for such attention to detail.
The surrounding area appears quite run-down, with a mix of unpleasant odors. I noticed a blend of urine, vomit, and marijuana smells. The fumes rise from the ground. The street was filled with homeless people and junkies. Loud traffic was disturbing.

The reception staff was very informative and kind, especially the lady who assisted us. A friendly doorman greeted us upon arrival, escorting us to the main desk. Nick was kind and helpful.

The room exhibited really good cleanliness both visually and scent wise. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I appreciated the crispness of the bedding and the attention to detail in housekeeping. The rooms are quiet.

my room did not include a fridge or microwave the valet parking was expensive i found no alternative parking my floor's ice machine was not working

i appreciated the complimentary coffee offered each morning in the lobby, it really set a positive tone for the day. the rooftop bar was amazing, a fun spot with great views. the evening happy hour was a pleasant surprise, a nice opportunity to unwind after a day of exploring.
the room i stayed in was a bit smaller than i had expected.

The location was good. It was in a lively area with shops. The room was modern with stylish decor. The bed was super comfortable.
The room was loud from 9 PM to 2 AM every night. I think the hotel caters to the party crowd. My room did not even have a coffee maker. Valet parking cost $60 per night.

the lack of blackout curtains was an issue. sunlight entered the room early. the music from a nearby venue was audible late into the night

The rooftop bar was quite fun and offered a western theme. The hotel also had a trendy space downstairs. I also found the location to be fantastic. As a traveler I felt safe walking around the area at night.
The customer service lacked connection with the customer. Some reps had their faces buried in their laptops. The rep didn't acknowledge I was in line. He gave me one drink ticket for a beer or wine.
