The location was excellent. i found the proximity to various attractions convenient. the staff was helpful. They remembered me and provided an upgrade as a returning guest. the room was very clean.
The front desk service could be improved. the waiting area felt small. my room, located near the reception, was a bit noisy. the shower was slippery. I noticed the lack of a proper non-slip surface.

The front desk person, Andreas, was very friendly. He always remembers me when I come. The code is needed to enter the building. It assured me of security. Free street parking after 8 pm helped to save money.
