Acceptable, but with some issues
weak wifi no elevator
The location was close to cultural sites, convenient.
I really disliked that there was no elevator despite the four floors. Carrying luggage up was difficult. the wifi signal was VERY weak with many interruptions. It was the worst hotel wifi I have seen in years.

spacious room extra large bed helpful staff
i appreciated the big, spacious room with necessary amenities. the extra large bed was comfy. also, the staff were very kind and helpful. the location was amazing, close to the royal palace.
