solid stay near td garden
higher floor convenient location effective lighting friendly staff
i was upgraded to a room on a higher floor, a nice surprise. the location proved convenient for attending an event at td garden. the room had effective lighting, it created a good atmosphere. i found the staff to be both friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the breakfast menu was a bit expensive, especially considering the cost of a simple coffee.

the room included quality soap for both bathing and handwashing, a plus. the provided towels felt nice, they added to the overall comfort. a hairdryer and iron were also available in the room.

the hotel's proximity to the venue was really good, it made attending the event stress free. access to boston public market and quincy market was easy, it allowed for convenient exploration. many subway stops were within walking distance, a big advantage.

efficient waitress self parking
the breakfast was great and the waitress was efficient! so we could move on with our day. the parking was at a structure, it was self parking and a 5 minute walk down the street

The staff offered a welcome cup of coffee when i arrived early. The location proved convenient for downtown exploration (i enjoyed my walks). I found nice toiletries and a large bathroom, too.
The room felt really small, disappointing. The bed wasn't that great. I felt a spring in my back (it was uncomfortable). The walls seemed flimsy, as i listened to noise all night.

the room was fairly clean. check-in and check-out were fast. the reception staff was responsive (i really liked that). subway station and food options were nearby.
there was no convenient outlet at the desk. there was poor lighting in the room. (i wish there was more).
