The hotel has a fantastic location right on the riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area, and the service from staff was attentive and kind. However, I encountered several issues with the cleanliness and state of the rooms. It felt like the hotel was not living up to its potential in terms of upkeep and amenities provided.

The rooms were kind of shabby even though they were very clean. I found dust on baseboards, and the whole time I was there, the room felt warm. I asked the staff to fix the air conditioning, but they didn't seem to follow through.

The staff were good and kind people, but I was disappointed by their inability to assist with some issues during my stay. They were reluctant to help with parking fees, which I found frustrating given the price we were paying.

The hotel is situated in a great location, making it a pleasure to explore the area. It's a 15-minute walk to Amalie Arena and right on the riverwalk, which is really nice.
