The hotel has a fantastic location right on the riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area, and the service from staff was attentive and kind. However, I encountered several issues with the cleanliness and state of the rooms. It felt like the hotel was not living up to its potential in terms of upkeep and amenities provided.

The rooms were kind of shabby even though they were very clean. I found dust on baseboards, and the whole time I was there, the room felt warm. I asked the staff to fix the air conditioning, but they didn't seem to follow through.
