My stay had its ups and downs. The initial room was utterly disappointing with cleanliness issues that led to an immediate room change, though the second room was much better. I appreciate the small refund offered due to my experience, although the housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
